How do I get a refund?
After you complete a transaction, if you need a refund due to returning products, please contact us immediately. We will process the refund based on the actual situation using methods including but not limited to bank transfers, to fully protect your rights and interests.
How do I modify an order?
Before you check out, you can modify the quantity of the products you wish to purchase by clicking the "view cart" link to access your shopping cart interface. You can also continue adding items until you complete the payment.
After you have completed the checkout and the transaction is finalized, if you need to modify your order, you can contact us through the message board, email, or other means provided on the website. We will address your request on the first business day following your inquiry.
How do I track an order?
When we receive an order, our warehouse will pack and ship the parcel on the first business day (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
We will send the tracking number to your email at the same time the package is dispatched. You can track your package at any time through the courier's website until it is delivered.
Privacy Statement

Shopping terms
- The goods sold on the website support two methods of delivery: counter pick-up and shipment.
- Normally, we will have the goods ready for pick-up or shipment via courier on the first business day after you place your order.

- Due to significant differences in shipping costs across regions, the actual shipping cost will be as shown at the time of purchase.

- Warranty Period: Our company offers a 1-year warranty on major products, including light bulbs, wiper blades, brake pads, oil filters, and air & cabin filters.
Why is my order delayed?
When we receive an order, our warehouse will pack and ship the parcel on the first business day (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Typically, the package arrives between the second and third day.
However, due to potential shipping delays by the courier service during certain periods, there might be a delay in receiving your package. We will keep track of the shipment to ensure timely delivery.
