- Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with the purchased product or change your mind, you can return it in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided it does not affect the resale of the product.
- Faulty Replacement: Our company offers a warranty service for the products sold. If there are any faults or damages not caused by human intent within the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement.
- Warranty Period: Our company offers a 1-year warranty on major products, including light bulbs, wiper blades, brake pads, oil filters, and air & cabin filters.
Shopping terms
- The goods sold on the website support two methods of delivery: counter pick-up and shipment.
- Normally, we will have the goods ready for pick-up or shipment via courier on the first business day after you place your order.
- Packages sent via courier usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days. However, in special circumstances, delivery may be delayed up to around 5 business days.
- Due to significant differences in shipping costs across regions, the actual shipping cost will be as shown at the time of purchase.
